  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and resident satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and resident-centric care across all communities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive innovation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Regional Vice President of Operations or a similar senior leadership role within the senior living industry.
  • Strong knowledge of senior living operations, including assisted living, memory care, and independent living.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
